How it works

Discover new ways to elevate the quality of your work and life learning experiences.

I believe in the right to seek a better quality of life in the name of balance, self-esteem, and personal growth.

I believe higher education has the power to transform lives through knowledge, innovation, leadership, and meaningful academic experiences.

Through my work in universities and international conferences, I focus on creating learning opportunities that strengthen professional skills, inspire new ideas, and connect educators and students across cultures.

International Conferences

I design and participate in international conferences that connect educators, students, and professionals across cultures. These experiences include keynote presentations, practical workshops, and academic panels on topics such as artificial intelligence in education, emotional engagement, curriculum innovation, and global collaboration.

Group Oriented Learning

create collaborative learning experiences where participants solve problems, exchange perspectives, and learn from one another. Examples include teacher-training workshops, project-based activities, discussion groups, and international student presentations that turn shared knowledge into practical action.

Video Blogging

I use video blogging to make academic ideas more accessible, personal, and engaging. Through short educational videos, conference reflections, teaching demonstrations, and professional messages, I translate complex topics into clear content that educators and students can understand and apply.

Mentoring

I try to provide mentoring that respects each person’s goals, experience, and professional context. This may involve supporting a new academic leader, guiding a teacher through course design, helping a student prepare for a presentation, or accompanying an educator as they integrate technology and new methodologies into the classroom.

WORDCAMPS

WordCamps in Costa Rica and around the world create valuable spaces where professionals, educators, developers, entrepreneurs, and content creators can learn from one another, exchange ideas, and build meaningful international connections. I actively participate in these events as an approved translator, contributor, and coach, supporting participants who may face language, communication, or professional-development challenges. Through translation, mentoring, and practical guidance, I help make knowledge more accessible and encourage people to participate with greater confidence. These experiences are especially important because they strengthen global communities, promote inclusion, and transform technical learning into collaborative opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Discover your calling, Dream Big.

Education is more than earning a degree; it is an opportunity to discover what inspires you, recognize your strengths, and shape the future you want. Explore new subjects, participate in meaningful projects, connect with mentors, and allow yourself to learn from both success and challenge. Every class, conversation, and experience can reveal a new interest or purpose. Stay curious, take initiative, and let education guide you toward a passion that can become a fulfilling personal and professional path.

Higher education gave me the opportunity to strengthen my technical knowledge, think more critically, and approach professional challenges with greater confidence. It also helped me develop the discipline, adaptability, and communication skills that are essential in a constantly changing field such as technology.

Elineth Morera, Computer Engineer.

Quality college education has been valuable because it provided me with the knowledge and analytical skills needed to make responsible financial decisions. Beyond earning a degree, the experience taught me to evaluate information carefully, solve complex problems, and prepare for greater professional responsibilities..

Celina Rojas, Finances

My major helped me better understand people, communities, and the social realities that affect their lives. It gave me practical tools, ethical foundations, and a stronger sense of purpose, allowing me to contribute more effectively to the well-being of others and to create meaningful change through my profession.

TEDx ULATINA

TEDx ULATINA 2025 was far more than an event, it was a celebration of ideas, courage, and the power of human connection. It brought together voices willing to inspire, challenge perspectives, and remind us that education can transform lives far beyond the classroom. Standing on that stage meant sharing not only knowledge, but also a piece of our journey, our purpose, and our belief that one idea, spoken with passion, can create a lasting impact.

Curious about a or many learning programs?

Learning another language should not be postponed until the “right moment” arrives. Language acquisition grows through exposure, interaction, repetition, and meaningful use, not through perfect conditions. Whether you have access to formal courses, books, applications, artificial intelligence, podcasts, videos, or experienced teachers, use every resource available to you. And if resources are limited, begin anyway. Curiosity, observation, consistency, and the willingness to communicate are powerful learning tools in themselves.

A new language is much more than vocabulary and grammar. It is a bridge to other cultures, ideas, people, and ways of understanding the world. Research in language learning consistently emphasizes the value of authentic communication and sustained practice, but beyond the academic benefits lies something deeply human: every new expression allows you to connect with someone you could not reach before. Learning another language expands not only your professional and educational opportunities, but also your empathy and your perception of the world around you.

Do not fear mistakes. They are not signs of failure; they are part of the learning process. Speak before you feel completely prepared, write even when your sentences are imperfect, listen even when you understand only part of what is being said, and keep returning to the language every day. Progress is often built quietly—one word, one conversation, one song, one paragraph, and one courageous attempt at a time. Fluency is not born from perfection; it develops through persistence and meaningful engagement.

So begin as soon as possible. Do not wait for more time, more money, a better teacher, or a more convenient opportunity. Use technology when you have it, people when you can learn from them, and creativity when nothing else is available. Another language can open doors to education, careers, travel, friendships, and experiences you may not yet be able to imagine. The journey begins with something remarkably simple: the decision to learn one new word today and to keep going tomorrow.
